The story

"I know that racing mind. It used to be mine."

Before Neha ever taught a class, she was the person these pages describe: carrying low self-esteem, measuring herself against everyone around her, feeling the pressure of cut-throat competition and the hunger for approval that never quite fills. The mind never went quiet.

Mindfulness and yoga were not a hobby she picked up — they were the way she rebuilt herself. The power of thoughts and words, the discipline of journaling, the steadiness of breath: she tested every practice she now teaches on her own hardest days first.

That journey took her through 600 hours of formal training at SVYASA University in Bangalore, six years of teaching, and three consecutive years leading the Common Yoga Protocol for the Consulate General of India in Hong Kong — guiding hundreds through the practice on International Day of Yoga. Now based in Singapore, she brings that same work to the people who need it most: professionals whose success is quietly costing them their peace.

How she works

Three beliefs behind every class

Give before you receive

Every student gets Neha's full presence, warmth and a genuinely safe space to be honest about how they're really doing — that's the ground the practice grows in.

Logic first, then experience

Professionals deserve the why. Every technique comes with its physiological and psychological reasoning — then you feel it work, and belief takes care of itself.

Make the teacher unnecessary

Success isn't you booking classes forever. It's you, one year from now, running a practice that's entirely your own. Self-reliance is the product.
